Research plays an important role in the development of society by increasing the quantum of knowledge and solving crucial problems. The ability to conduct research and produce scholarly publications is an essential skill for every researcher. This needs a deep understanding of rigorous research methodologies, given the need for academics, researchers and professionals to improve their research skills. This requires a greater understanding of high-quality research and methodology.
understanding of high-quality research and methodology. Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) is a very versatile and powerful method for testing complex relationships among multiple variables in a model. Scale building, on the other hand, involves crafting reliable and valid measurement tools to evaluate abstract constructs in research. Well-constructed scales enhance the quality of research by providing robust data for statistical analysis and facilitating meaningful interpretations.
The primary focus of this FDP is to provide researchers an exposure to basic nuances of research as-well-as acquaint them to modelling of complex research problems and testing the conceptualized models through PLS based structural equation modelling technique along with equipping them with the skill of building impactful scales culminating and publishing high-quality work aligning with the standards set by benchmarked journals.
The hybrid format of FDP would enable the participants to interact with the resource persons in person and get their queries solved effectively. This format is chosen purposefully to extend the reach of the rich content beyond geographical boundaries, providing scholars and the academic community access to continuous learning and development.
