21st Annual National level summer project presentation competition SPARDHA-2023

Greeting from IRM, Jaipur!

We are pleased to inform you that FMS-IRM announces the 21st Annual National level
summer project presentation competition "SPARDHA"- from 27th & 28th October 2023.
Since the last 20 years, this event has provided a dais for sprout managers to present their
learnings imbibed in course of their summer internship assignment highlighting their
experience on innovative techniques, opportunities and novel game plan of the business
world.

"SPRADHA - 2023" is a realm for sharing and learning through research-based knowledge
from peers and with experts of the business world. The event is attended by plethora of
academic luminaries and sprout managers from premier B- school of national level and
corporate master's. Some of the prominent associates of the competition were IIM-A, IIM-B,
IIM-Jammu, XLRI, IIT-Delhi, SPJIMR-Mumbai, Narsee Monjee - Mumbai, ITM-Warangal,
TAPMI-Manipal, Jaipur, Symbiosis, Pune, NIAM-Jaipur, ICFAI Business School, Bangalore
& Jaipur etc.
 

Once again FMS-IRM looks up to young managers from reputed B- schools to participate
and showcase their genius in "SPARDHA - 2023".

The students who are aspiring to their third Semester/Second year of MBA/PGDM- BM / PGDM-RM/PGDBA/MSW/M.sc/MA (Industrial psychology/B.sc (Agri), BBA
programmes (having completed their SIP) are eligible to participate.

Projects are invited from the domains of: -

? Agri-Business Management
? Human Resource Management
? Business Analytics

Student Gain
? Award: Best presentations from each category will be given a cash prize of
Rs.11,000/- as 1st Prize and Rs. 5,000/- as 2nd Prize.
? Certificate of participation and achievements.
? Publication opportunity: can be the author of papers based on the quality content of
the paper. Selected articles will be published in a compendium with ISBN No.
