Step 1 - Basic Details
- Enter your Full Name as it appears on your Class X mark sheet.
- Provide a valid Mobile Number and Email ID for communication.
- Choose the program you are interested in: PGDM or GDM-RM.
Step 2 - Personal Details
- Enter your Date of Birth and select your Gender.
- Choose your Category (e.g., General, OBC, SC, ST).
- Provide details of your Father's and Mother's Name.
- Indicate how you heard about FMS-IRM.
- Specify if you require Hostel Facility, Vehicle Parking, or Bank Loan.
Step 3 - Contact Details
- Enter your complete Address, including State/Province, City/Town, and PIN Code.
- Provide your (Parent) Mobile Number and (Parent) Email.
Step 4 - Education Details
- Enter details of your Class X, Class XII, and Graduation.
- For each, provide information about the Board/University, Name of the Institution, Year of Passing, and CGPA/Percentage.
Step 5 - Payment
- Pay the Admission Form Fee of Rs. 1000 through net banking, UPI, or Paytm.
Step 6 - Upload Documents
- Upload scanned copies of your 10th, 12th, and graduation mark sheets for evaluation.
