A Management Development Programme (MDP) is a structured educational initiative aimed at enhancing the skills, knowledge, and leadership capabilities of managers and executives within an organization. These programs typically focus on a range of topics such as leadership, strategic thinking, communication, and problem-solving. MDPs are designed to groom individuals for higher management roles, improve their decision-making abilities, and align them with the organization's goals and values. They often involve workshops, seminars, coaching, and experiential learning to foster professional growth and contribute to the overall success of the organization. FMS-IRM, Jaipur successfully organized a Management Development Program on “Transforming Professional skills through Digitization & Personality Development” held on June 10th, 2023. The Event was graced by Dr. Rakesh Premi, Director of TAPMI School of Management, as our honorable Chief Guest. Mr. Sandeep Menghani ( Founder-Director of Yeshaswi Bhav Training & Management Solutions), Mr. Abhay Ranjan (Distinguished Digital Marketer, Business Coach & Corporate Trainer) & Dr. Vaishali Sharma were the distinguished guests of honor.

The program started with the lighting of the lamp, followed by an insightful keynote address by Dr. Terjani Goyal, Director FMS-IRM. The MDP included various technical sessions conducted by our esteemed guests. Mr. Sandeep Meghani highlighted the rapid changes observed in the professional landscape and the need for professionals to embrace industry transformations. Later, Mr. Abhay Ranjan emphasized the potential for positive transformation in professional skills through digitization and personal development.

Over 42 participants from the corporate sector actively engaged in this program. The Event concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks, expressing gratitude to all those involved in making the MDP a resounding success.
